Raychel Kubby Adler is a Wellness Coach who helps women make small and meaningful behavior changes so that they can live healthier lives. Raychel is also a breast cancer previvor and uses her own experience to coach cancer survivorship.

Raychel Adler, manager of the Activities and Recreation Center's Wellness Center, said she believes physical education should start at an early age, ideally upon a child's entrance into kindergarten.The hope is that this practice will continue through college and post-graduation.She said the process of investing time to educate students about fitness is important because it can lead to good health later on in life."It is crucial to educate students about wellness," Adler said.

Raychel Kubby Adler, wellness manager at the Activities and Recreation Center, said she helps students manage healthy eating habits.She said that although college students face time constraints and tight budgets, college years are a good time to create a healthy lifestyle.

"There are lots of different types of bodies, and [people should] make it healthy rather than focusing on making it look like a societal standard of what it should look like," she said.

Raychel Adler, wellness manager for the Health Education and Promotion program at the Activities and Recreation Center, emphasized that many students fail to explore the resources on campus because "it's intimidating or overwhelming."
