Mr. Adler is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.He is a founding member of The Off Premise Catering Coalition (OPCC).This is a grass-roots organization aimed at educating the public about licensed caterers; as well as keeping members informed of changes within the industry.Mr. Adler sits on the board of the Atlanta Jewish Family and Career Services.He sets a strong example of being involved in the community and personally donates a great deal of his time, as well as his company's commitment to numerous charitable organizations.The company is very active with Hand on Atlanta Project Open Hands, Genesis Shelter, The Study Hall at Emmanus House, Inc., just to name a few.

Mr. Adler's innovative style of cooking has earned him a reputation for quality food and creative presentations.He is recognized as one of the top innovative Kosher Caterers in the Southeast.

It was for this type of dedication and his high customer standards that earned him a nomination and selection by Incorporated Magazine as a Positive Performer Award finalist in February 1995.The national award recognizes businesses determined to excel in customer service.Mr. Adler was selected from more than 600 applicants as one of the 40 finalists.
