Phyllis AdlerFocusing on inter-personal and relationship dynamics, Phyllis utilises executive coaching, facilitated workshops and mediation to assist clients in problem solving and achieving greater effectiveness in their professional and personal lives.

A graduate of Fordham University School of Law (New York), Phyllis began her career as a lawyer in the United States, admitted to the Bar in both New York and New Jersey.After twice relocating to London with her family, she shifted careers and earned an M.A. in Counselling Psychology from City University, a QDR in Mediation from the Academy of Experts and further training in Group Facilitation from the University of Surrey.Her B.A. in Sociology and Cultural Anthropology is from Adelphi University (New York).

Phyllis is a published writer and a quoted expert on international adjustment and cross- cultural understanding.Drawing from her own experiences and research, she has created and implemented workshops specifically designed to address the needs of those in transition.
