Bill Adams, a director of Plan B Development, said the idea from the beginning was to "look for a place within Washington State in which there was a smaller community looking to grow, and grow correctly, not develop into a series of one strip mall after another, that wanted controlled growth and good businesses that are family oriented.Ocean Shores came up number one on the list.

Adams said Ocean Shores was identified as a community with mixed-use facilities, a great town with multi generational family use, that had some limited recreational opportunities, and could expand its recreational horizons with an indoor water park.

"We are very excited about the opportunity to get together with folks in Ocean Shores and create something fun," Adams said.

Bill Adams, directs operations for Plan B Development, LLC and assists Plan B Development, LLC in becoming the leader in mixed use hospitality properties nationally and internationally.

Mr. Adams, joined PBD as Chief Operations Officer, in 2004.He performed duties as an operations officer ensuring the success of Projects Muriah, Retro, Ace, Springboard, Delridge, Dallas and Mizpah totaling over 90 million dollars in mixed use hospitality properties consisting of 7 hotels under the Ramada and Wyndham Garden flags, 5 indoor water parks, 5 full service restaurants and bars, and 6 full service day spas.Project Muriah, the first project, was completed in 183 days from beginning of permit submittal to grand opening, exceeded program specifications and was on budget.

From 1988 to 2004, Bill served as Operations Officer Special Operations A-Team (Green Beret).While in this role, Bill developed, organized, and executed classified projects for the National Command Authority, Department of Defense, and the Department of State.He led a multi-faceted operational organization containing knowledge workers and counter-terrorist experts in a zero defect environment.He gathered input from US Ambassadors and US country teams to create and execute contingency operations throughout Asia.

Mr. Adams oversees operations at RotorWay's Flag Ship Factory in Chandler Arizona.He is improving and expanding operations enabling Rotorway to deliver a certified two-seat trainer helicopter to the US market.

Prior to joining the RotorWay team, Bill directed operations for PBD, a land development company, growing the company from one million to over fifty million dollars in their worldwide operation.

Bill learned and polished his skills in operations management for 21 years while serving as Operations Officer for a Special Operations A-Team (Green Beret).He developed, organized, and executed classified projects for the National Command Authority, Department of Defense, and the Department of State in a zero defect environment.

Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Campbell University in North Carolina and has an MBA Webster University in St. Louis Missouri.Bill's interests include flying, skydiving and raising money for Lupus research through his foundation called the Leap for Lupus Foundation.
