Adams has been with Eateries, Inc. since August of 1999 where he started as Garfield's General Manager in Anderson, Indiana.

Adams holds a degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management from Michigan State University . He has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, having previously worked with Cooker Bar & Grill, Red Lobster, Chili's and Lone Star.

As Area Director of Operations, he has responsibility for 4 restaurants in the Indiana area, including operations standards, costs, sales and recruiting managers and monitoring their development.Adams will also consult with Eateries current and future franchise stores in the region on issues such as recruitment, cost control, and operations standards.

Adams has been instrumental in improving operations and profits at several Garfield's locations and received Eateries' Turnaround Store of the Year Award in 2000 for the Anderson, Indiana Garfield's."Bill has been a significant asset to our company.
