Adams expressed concern Tuesday about the initial 100 percent increase.He noted that in 1992 an increase in green fees at Santa Fe Municipal Golf Course actually resulted in decreased revenue because of a significant drop in use.
Last year the pool brought in about $9,000 from the $1 general fee.

He will assume duties as ASU's director of institutional planning, research and assessment June 3.

Adams also served as head of enrollment management for Texas Christian University in Fort Worth for four years and as staff manager of product marketing and sales for GTE from 1977 to 1988.
He graduated from Asbury College, Western Kentucky University and the University of North Texas, earning bachelor's and master's degrees in mathematics and a doctorate in academic administration, computer education and cognitive systems.
Adams belongs to the Association of Institutional Research, the Southern Association for Institutional Research and the Texas Association for Institutional Research.
And he was a member of the National Admissions and Counselors Association, Texas Admissions and Counselors Association, Information Associates of Texas and the American Marketing Association.
