Phil Abram, a former Associate with a wealth of experience in the operational delivery of streetcare type services, has joined the company as Senior Consultant.

Phil will be working on a part-time basis and will assume responsibility for delivery of BVPI 199 inspections to Norfolk County Services on behalf of North Norfolk DC.

Phil has previously worked for Indecon Limited as a Associate and interim manager following a long career in local government. Phil is an operations and transport specialist having been Assistant Director for City of York Council's Works Department.

Phil will assume responsibility for BVPI 199 inspections in North Norfolk but will also lend his considerable expertise to our cost and performance and routing work.
