Mrs. Abram, a regular observer at the synagogue on South 14th Avenue, was married to former Broward County Court Judge Morton L. Abram, who died in 1994.

In addition to being president of the synagogue, Mrs. Abram was president of Temple Beth El's Sisterhood, a board member of the Hollywood Scholarship Foundation, and a member of Hadassah and B'nai B'rith.

Born in Springfield, Ill., she moved to Hollywood from the Chicago area in 1957.

Life at the synagogue was important to Mrs. Abram, and she almost never missed Shabbat services, said her daughter, Amy Goldberger.
