   Ali joined MBP in December of 1993 as an inspector on the Stevens City Weigh-In-Motion Truck Scales Project (MBP's first field project) and since has worked on almost every kind of project and in almost every service MBP provides. Ali has worked on full-time schools, permits, and transportation field projects, full-time in the office performing analytical assignments, and most recently split his time in the field and office.
   
   Since joining MBP, Ali has earned his Professional Engineer license and most recently his Certified Construction Manager certification.
   
   Ali is always interested in broadening his skills and has a "never say no" attitude that follows with a determination to figure it out if he doesn't know it. In the past year, Ali has led our effort to meet a client's request by determining what is required to meet FHA/ADA guidelines and then creating and performing an inspection process to verify compliance. Most importantly though, Ali has not stopped there. Ali has taken an active role in promoting this service to other potential clients and in training others to perform this service ... true Team Building.
