   Dawn Abbuhl, Psy.D. has worked with children for almost 30 years, beginning with her role as a volunteer at Parsons Child and Family Center. She currently serves as director of psychology for the Kids Care Pediatric Rehabilitation Center, where she provides direction, supervision and support to the psychology staff at the agency and provides consultation to a variety of other therapists and professionals.
   
   Abbuhl specializes in the most serious psychological problems and works with children and families of varied backgrounds. Throughout her career, she has been a supporter and member of several professional organizations, including the New York State Psychology Association, the Council for the Prevention of Child Abuse, the National Association of School Psychology and the American Psychological Association.
   
   Abbuhl also owns Repeat Business, a high-tech office equipment dealership that contributes to more than 20 organizations each year, including various law enforcement agencies, hospitals, day care centers, BOCES, Sojourn House and the Children's Museum for Science and Technology.
