Bill Abbuehl, Executive Director of CFLS stated, "Many legal service agencies and programs in Central Florida are consolidating as part of our state planning efforts. We have been looking for a comprehensive technology solution to seamlessly integrate our programs and we were very impressed with the functionality of PSTI's case management software.Because the software is web-based, we can easily collect and distribute client and case information with remote offices, perform `real-time' conflict checks and schedule client meetings with caseworkers regardless of location."
"The issues facing CFLS and WALS are indicative of what we are seeing in the legal services community as a whole," stated IV Ashton, President of P.S. Technologies."With increased funding pressures, many organizations are collaborating to increase the number of individuals they serve and the overall efficiency of their operations. Many programs are moving toward centralized client intake and increasingly require sophisticated tools to share and analyze data in order to meet LSC (and other) funding guidelines."
