   Thom brings his extensive Marketing and Sales background full circle from the hospitality industry to Real Estate. He previously held Sales positions with Hilton Hotels Corporation, Nikko Hotels North America, and most recently as President and CEO of Benott Hospitality Group, a consulting firm specializing in small hotels and motels. His marketing experience helps clients market and stage their homes for maximum exposure and maximum dollars! Thom is a native of the Big Sky Country, Montana, and has lived in Atlanta for the past 14 years. He is a classic car collector, so you might often see him touring an InTown neighborhood in his 1969 Buick Wildcat Convertible. What a way to see Atlanta! While helping his clients market their homes, Thom also enjoys helping buyers find the "PERFECT" home. By listening and understanding what they are looking for, he uses the latest technology to help them find their new home. "My experience in Customer Focused Service training in the Hospitality industry for 20 plus years gives me a unique advantage when working with both Buyers and Sellers. I determine the needs of my Buyers, find the homes that have those features and benefits they are looking for, and then help them every step of the way, from contract to closing, and all the details in between. For Sellers, I identify the features and benefits of their home so we can market it more effectively." Thom is the Team Leader for The Thom And Ray Team, currently based at the Morris & Raper InTown Peachtree Street office. "You can't find a more central location for the InTown real estate market than Peachtree Street," Thom notes. Thom is actively involved with the Buckhead Business Association, Midtown Alliance and the Midtown Neighbors Association. He maintains an active membership with the Atlanta Board of REALTORS as well as the National and Georgia Association of REALTORS. He is a graduate of the Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant Management at the University of Houston and serves on the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Area Alumni Chapter for U of H. In his spare time, Thom enjoys his classic car, dining out, travel and Nero, his pet Greyhound.
