   Tami began her newspaper career at the Morning Sun in 1992, as District Manager in the circulation department of the Morning Sun. Tami later joined the sales department as an Advertising Consultant. After earning sales awards during her time as a sales rep, she accepted the position of General Manager of the Alma office, supervising the sales and day to day management of the Alma Reminder, Carson City Reminder, Edmore Advertiser, Hemlock Shopper Guide and the Gratiot edition of the Morning Sun. In 2002 Tami accepted the position of Regional Sales Manager, adding the responsibilities of overseeing the operations of the St Johns Reminder. Tami serves on many local boards and committees including the Gratiot Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Gratiot County United Way Board of Directors, Alma Action Association Chairperson, and President of the Alma Kiwanis Club.
