Nick Abbott -- Metro Academic & Classical High School -- Bass
Nick joined the music program at Metro High School ( St.. Louis Public Schools ) in his senior year and experienced tremendous growth. Jayme Bernard , his music teacher at Metro says , His motivation and curiosity for music is tremendous. I always see him with a bass in his hands practicing and working on developing his technique. He always asks questions and is open to many new ideas.. During his senior year he participated in Metro's jazz combo , studied privately and played in a jazz and funk band. He will attend Tulane University in the Fall to study music. Congratulations Nick Abbott , AmerenUE's Bright Star.
A big thank you to MMB Music , Inc. for their generous contribution of items to encourage the chosen Bright Stars.
