   Lynne has a very diversified background. She began her teaching career specialising in working with children with learning difficulties. She has held roles in public relations, entertainment and project management. Specialising in "learn by doing" or experiential learning techniques, she is recognised as an expert in the application of simulation training tools. Lynne has designed and co-authored both financial and behavioural based simulations liaising with many clients to customise solutions for industry bodies or companies.
   
   Lynne also has an interesting career highlight - she won the World and Commonwealth Championship titles for Scottish Dancing which she believes helps her create a sense of theatre and fun into her presentations.
