   Mr. Abbott joined the origination team of AMF in January 2005 where he focuses on marketing, relationship development and transaction execution.
   
   Prior to joining AMF, Mr. Abbott was a Vice President and Principal at Cambridge International Partners Inc., an investment bank focusing on the asset management industry. At Cambridge International, Mr. Abbott was responsible for the Midwest and Southwest regions.
   
   Previously, Mr. Abbott had been an Associate at Goldman Sachs in the Financial Institutions Group where he was involved in the firm's asset management investment banking group. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Abbott was an Associate at Berkshire Capital Corporation where he was involved in transaction execution in the asset management and securities industries.
   
   Mr. Abbott holds an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Management / Finance from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.
