   Ravi Shah has over 25 years experience in high technology. After earning a Masters of Science degree in Electronic Engineering at IIT ( Illinois Institute of Technology ) in Chicago , he became one of the early designers at Apple Computer , where he was responsible for the initial technical design and architecture of a next-generation disk controller and LAN controller. Since then , he worked for a number of prestigious companies including Teradata/ATT , LSI Logic , Sun Microsystems and Tandem Computers.
   
   Ravi Shah became an entrepreneur in 1991 when he started an engineering consulting business. Ravi has spent the last few years working hands-on with projects related to e-commerce and conducting business transactions over the Internet. In 1997 , he started to develop remote application management solutions , giving birth to key technology behind e-time. In 1998 , he started Paradigm3 Internet Software , Inc.
   
   Like many entrepreneurs , Ravi enjoys the variety of tasks he must juggle every day. He has led his company in areas of technology , marketing , sales and operations. He particularly relishes his role in defining and managing the business strategy and leading the company.

   David Xu oversees product development , testing and customer support. David brings Paradigm3 more than 9 years computer software design and programming experience. He has designed and developed pacemaker software for Ventritex Inc. , database software Approach for Lotus Development Systems , imaging editing and drawing software Pixelens and PowerPlugs for JVC Laboratories of America. David is one of the designer and programmer of the e-Time product and he is the architect and programmer of the e-Vent product.
   
   He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Computer Science from Beijing University at Beijing , P.R. China.
