   As you may well know the '06-'07 school budget was presented by the Marlboro Superintendent of Schools, Dr. David Abbott, to the Town Council on March 2, just after the Board of Education tentatively adopted the budget on February 28 of this year.

   Superintendent David Abbott says he has heard from real estate agents that people seek homes specifically in the 6,100-student K-8 district, a fast-growing outer suburb of New York City.
