   David Abbott After receiving his BFA as a sculptor and painter, David switched gears to pursue a music career, singing, song writing, and playing bass in a Burlington VT rock trio; an experience that culminated with a performance at the now defunct CBGBs in New York City. He then moved to Santa Cruz, CA where he became a 3D animator for a web based animation firm. Next he took the position of Art Director for PPD Multimedia where his talents helped bring the design firm to a new level of creativity and professional efficiency.
   
   After nearly a decade in CA, David has returned to VT to enjoy the seasons and natural beauty of the state.    An XSI all-,rounder who specializes in lighting and rendering, David has been working with XSI since version 1.0, primarily in broadcast and film production environments. He is currently with Rising sun Pictures, in Adelaide, Australia, working on "Charlotte's Web". Prior to this, David worked with the Pixel Liberation Front on "Superman Returns." David is willing to travel, and available to provide specialized XSI courses based on your training requirements.
