   Bob Abbott of Mill Creek has been appointed to a term effective February 16, 2007, ending February 15, 2010. Mr. Abbott is the Assistant Business Manager of the Washington and Northern Idaho District Council of Laborers. He was the President of the North Central Washington Central Labor Council and the Vice President to the Washington State Labor Council.
