   A. Mitchell Abblett, Ph.D. received his degree in Psychology from Florida State University and completed his doctoral internship at Boston VA Medical Center. Prior to joining Dana Group Associates, Dr. Abblett worked in residential treatment settings, specializing in treatment for high risk children and adolescents. Dr. Abblett is currently the Clinical Director at the Manville School, a part of Judge Baker's Children Center. He has broad clinical experience with a range of populations and treatment settings, including children, adolescents and adults, conducting individual and group psychotherapy, psychological assessments, and designing behavior modification intervention programs in outpatient, inpatient and residential treatment settings. He also has interests in educating parents and families regarding social/emotional life adjustment issues as well as motivational enhancement and personal productivity.
