   Kent is an advisor representative in the Cary, North Carolina office. Prior to joining the firm, he spent 10 years with RSM McGladrey, Inc., most recently as a Senior Manager and Southeastern Regional Sales Director for their retirement plan administration and consulting division. Kent has over 15 years experience in the qualified retirement plan industry - especially in identifying and negotiating mutual fund record-keeping subsidies that are available in today's competitive market. He specializes in plan design and administration services with an emphasis on daily record-keeping platforms.
   
   Kent earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Illinois State University. He is currently a member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries and has earned the Society's Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designation.
