   Mr. Abbenante is a high-energy, dynamic real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of commercial and residential asset management, property management and development project management. Prior to working for HRI Properties, David worked in the third-party residential and commercial management business and was a facility manager for a Louisiana based bank.
   
   In 1996, Mr. Abbenante joined HRI as a development Project Manager to oversee low-to-moderate income residential properties and hotel conversion developments. He was promoted as head of the Asset Management Division wherein he represented HRI in its role as Managing General Partner on a portfolio which at the time was comprised of 1,395 residential apartments, 750,000 square feet of office space, three hotels and five parking garages.
   
   In February of 2000, the HRI Asset Management Division was merged with the Property Management Divison, and Mr. Abbenante was promoted to President of HRI Management where he oversees all HRI owned real estate assets and HRI Management functions.

   David has over eighteen years of experience in commercial real estate, including commercial and residential asset management, property management, facility management, and leasing and development project management.
   
   In 1996, David joined Historic Restoration, Inc. to work in the real estate development department as a project manager. His development projects include historic residential and hotel conversions throughout the State of Louisiana. After two successful years in development, David was asked to direct the HRI Asset Management division. In February of 2000, the HRI Asset Management role was merged with the property management division, and David was promoted to President of HRI Management, where he oversees all HRI assets and HRI Management property management functions.
   
   David's career began in Biloxi, MS in 1986 when he managed a portfolio of eighteen commercial, residential and resort properties in the Gulf South. This firm specialized in turning around properties that were repossessed by the FDIC, FSLIC, and RTC.
   
   In 1990, David relocated to New Orleans where he was hired as a commercial property manager with Stirling Properties, Inc. He later transferred to Latter & Blum Property Management. While at Latter & Blum, David managed an office portfolio in excess of one million square feet, along with several residential properties.
   
   In 1996, David joined First NBC Bank as Facility Manager for over 400,000 square feet of corporate office space and forty-seven retail bank facilities with an annual capital budget in excess of $10 million.
   
   David received his B.S. degree in 1990 from the University of Southern Mississippi.
   
   An active member in the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), David earned his Certified Property Manager designation in 1996. He was the 2002 President of Louisiana's IREM Chapter. In January of 2002, David also received his designation as a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP). He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater New Orleans Apartment Association
