   After graduating from the University of Florida with a major in Marketing and a minor in Mathematics, Becky went on to receive her accounting degree from the University of South Florida. She is a Certified Public Accountant with 19 years of experience, 10 of which were spent working as a Public Accountant managing her own business. She became accredited in teaching in North Carolina in schools acknowledged as "Schools of Excellence" by the State Board of Education for their achievement on standardized tests. While teaching Algebra and Geometry, Becky realized her passion: helping students connect real world problems with her innovative classroom. Her approach to teaching uses various methods of technology as she strives to meet each student's learning style and educational needs.
