   Brooke is from Portland, and although Eugene was quite a transition from the bigger city, she loves being down here. She is a student at the U of O and keeps herself busy with her studies and with ministry assistant responsibilities for Solid Rock. Between other commitments, Brooke enjoys shopping, watching old classic movies, playing card games and being domestic in the kitchen. She may come off as a girly-girl, but she loves to get dirty and be crazy whether playing football, hiking or running through a corn maze.
   
   Brooke has worked with Solid Rock for one year, and has loved every moment. She loves middle-schoolers because they are so open and wear their emotions on their sleeve.
