   Anthony Abbas is a consultant Obstetrician Gynaecologist with special interest in Fetal Medicine. He works as a consultant at Queen Mary's NHS Trust and Harris Birthright, Kings College Hospital, London.
   
   Dr Abbas trained as an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Kings College and St Mary's Hospital, London. He did his research in fetal medicine at Harris Birthright Research Centre, Kings College Hospital, London. Dr Abbas specialises in pre-natal screening and diagnosis of fetal abnormalities, he also performs a wide range of invasive procedures including CVS and amniocentesis.

   Our consultant Obstetrician Mr Anthony Abbas can offer individual consultations or a package of antenatal care to suit individual circumstances. He can look after all your antenatal care including all ultrasound scans and invasive procedures e.g. CVS/ amniocentesis required early in the pregnancy. You have 24 hour access, 7 days a week to your consultant to discuss concerns or worries however small they may appear. Your appointments can be tailored to match your schedule as much as possible including evening and weekends at The Avenue Clinic address. On the rare occasion that Mr Abbas is away, an emergency telephone number to a close Consultant colleague is always available.
   
   Mr Abbas will deliver your baby either at The Portland Hospital for women and children, London or at Queen Mary's NHS Hospital, Sidcup, Kent.
