   Mr. Abdulhasan Abbas joined BIBF in December 2002 as a Management Consultant/ Senior Lecturer at the Leadership & Management Learning Center.
   
   Immediately prior to joining BIBF, Abdulhasan was working with Bahrain Training Institute (BTI) for more than 7 years in the training field. He started as a Lecturer & Training Coordinator at the Business Management & Supervisory Studies Department and soon in 1997 was promoted to become Deputy Manager of Marketing & Industrial Liaison Department. He then started and headed both Entrepreneurship Development Department and Small Business Development Department consequently.
   
   Abdulhasan started his professional career as an Accountant at National Insurance Company (NIC) after obtaining his MBA in 1994 from Poona University, India, for which he had an intensive training at National Bank of Bahrain (NBB), Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO) and Bahrain National Oil Company (BANOCO) consequently.
   
   Currently, he is working towards earning his PhD in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management at Napier University, UK.
   
   He is a certified SMEs Consultant by International Labor Organization (ILO) as well as a certified Entrepreneurship Trainer by United Nation Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).
   
   He is a Board Member of both Bahrain Management Society (BMS) and Muharraq Social Center, member of Bahrain Society for Training & Development (BSTD), Arabian Society for Human Resources Management (ASHRM), Saudi Arabia and International Council for Small Business (ICSB), USA.

   Each of the groups discussed threadbare their various proposals and then all these were put together and discussed again , the seminar coordinator , Abdul Hassan Abbas , said. Abbas is also the manager of the Entrepreneurship Development Department at the BTI.
   
   All the recommendations have now been compiled and will be discussed among the members before they are presented to the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs , he said. These will then be released after being approved by the Minister and the Director of the Bahrain Training Institute..
   
   He said the seminar concluded that appropriate legal procedures as regards the property rights , location of establishments , enforcement of contracts should be put in place.
