He founded Aballi , Milne , Kalil & Garrigo in 1993. Aballi practices in the areas of international tax , estate and business planning. He has experience in negotiation of international contracts and licenses in the Spanish language television industry. He is a member of both the New York and Florida bars ; the London-based Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners ; and has served as a director of the local Spain-U.S. Chamber and the local Colombian-American Chamber.
