According to a statement signed by the UNDP Head of Office in Lira, Patrick Abal, the guests will first match through Lira town.

The statement said the theme of the celebrations is ‘Stop violence against children'.

Abal said ambassadors, high commissioners, MPs and heads of UN agencies had been invited to attend the function.
