   Prior to joining Tandem, Abadie had a distinguished career with CDI Corporation where he held senior executive positions.His last assignment was President of CDI's $500M Professional Services Division, where he successfully managed their largest operational unit and facilitated the merger of their engineering and IT staffing divisions.Prior to joining CDI, Abadie held a multitude of sales, marketing, finance and operational positions in Olsten, Canon, Siemens/Linotype-Hell and Wang Laboratories.As Vice President of Corporate Accounts in the mid-90's at Olsten, he oversaw a $600M portfolio of managed staffing and outsourcing programs for blue chip corporations managing their clerical, financial, light industrial, engineering and IT resources.
   
   Abadie holds a BS in management with a minor in economics from St. John's University.He served 4 years in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1976-1980.
