Sousan Abadian teaches, consults and facilitates in organizations utilizing the Adaptive LeadershipÔ framework applied by CLA.She specializes in non-profit and public sector organizations, and her areas of expertise include the work of leadership in community and international development, recovery from collective and widespread trauma, orchestrating and managing social change, and cultural renewal.

A graduate of Swarthmore College, Abadian also holds two masters' degrees and a Ph.D. (in Political Economy and Government) from Harvard University.
