   Mr. Guillermo J. Abadia is the founder of Lumitec Inc. and has over seventeen years experience in the software industry, having designed, managed and developed business solutions across multiple industries and countries. He has past experience leading a consulting services company in Brazil, which was at the time a Value Added Reseller for Gensym Corporation. While in Brazil, Mr. Abadia helped Petrobras develop a state-of-the-art model based refinery scheduling system and a Startup module for offshore oil platforms. He is experienced in leading software development efforts within both the public and private sectors. Also, he has accrued 11+ years of experience utilizing Gensym software in a variety of applications ranging from business modeling to mission critical manufacturing control systems. He is certified by Gensym Corporation to provide e-SCOR, ReThink, and G2 consulting services.
   
   Mr. Abadia obtained an MS in Systems Engineering from Boston University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
