   Odd-Egil Aasen is Executive Director in Telenor Networks Central Europe, and is based in Prague, where his current focus is development and introduction of new broadband services.
   
   Mr. Aasen has been responsible for establishing Telenor Networks business in the Czech and Slovak Markets based on 26 GHz LMDS licences and is now heading Telenors introduction of DSL-based services in the Czech Republic based on Local Loop Unbundling.
   
   Mr. Aasen has worked with Telenor since 1993 where he was in charge of introducing ISDN services on the Norwegian market. Since then, he has held a number of management positions in Telenor. Prior to his move to Prague, he focused on wholesale access services in Norway, including Local Loop Unbundling and ADSL, and since the beginning of 2001 he has been in charge of the development of these activities in Central Europe.
