   Richard D. Aaronson, President Corporate Role As company President, Richard is responsible for all of Atlantic Realty's operations throughout the Southeast and Midwest -- overseeing acquisition, development, leasing, and management assignments. Atlantic Realty Partners, Inc. is a private real estate development and management company based in Atlanta. Through affiliated entities, it currently owns and manages over 1,400 apartments and 200 hotel rooms, and it has approximately 500 apartments under construction and 600 in pre-development.
   
   Career History Richard Aaronson formed Atlantic Realty in 1995 after serving as Atlanta residential development partner for Paragon Group beginning in 1993. Prior to this time, he co-founded and later became president of Jason Property Company, a regional apartment development and management firm based in Atlanta. Richard is an experienced professional in all phases of apartment and hotel construction and operations. He has had management responsibility for over 6,000 apartments and hotel rooms, and he has had direct client relationships with financial institutions,
   
   pension funds, corporate owners, and individual/partnerships investors from throughout US, Europe and Japan. Richard is a frequent instructor of Management Certification courses. He was an honor-engineering graduate of the University of Wisconsin and has a MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Georgia.
