Over the past 25 years Rick's career has spanned a range from business and legal affairs to general management in both major multinational and fully entrepreneurial environments. As Vice President, Business Affairs at a large multinational corporation, Rick facilitated the resolution of hundreds of business and workplace issues.
Rick is recognized for his success in resolving conflict arising from the negotiation and implementation of a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions. His focus is on conflicts with customers or clients, suppliers or partners and employees and other stakeholders.
