   Richard Aaronson brings a unique blend of legal training and extensive business experience to Agree's conflict management practice.
   
   Over the past 25 years Rick's career has spanned a range from business and legal affairs to general management in both major multinational and fully entrepreneurial environments. As Vice President, Business Affairs at a large multinational corporation, Rick facilitated the resolution of hundreds of business and workplace issues.
   
   Rick is recognized for his success in resolving conflict arising from the negotiation and implementation of a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions. His focus is on conflicts with customers or clients, suppliers or partners and employees and other stakeholders.
   
   Applying analytical rigor, critical thinking and creativity Rick assists parties to identify their interests and resolve their problems wisely and efficiently with a view to maintaining or enhancing their relationships.
   
   In addition to independent 3rd party mediation services, Rick also delivers customized workshops to improve conflict management in the workplace and provides negotiation counseling and support.
   
   Rick received his Advanced ADR Certificate from The University of Windsor and has taken additional training from St. Stephen's Conflict Resolution Service. Rick is a graduate of Wesleyan University and New York University School of Law.
   
   Rick is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution, and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of The Canadian Bar Association.
