   Peter Aaronson joins SPL with over 25 years experience in the performance industry.† Building on his training in classic opera, Peter has been involved in managing and designing theaters and performance halls in Atlantic City, the Bahamas, Los Angeles and Las Vegas.† He most recently was managing The Showroom Theater at The Venetian and, before that, was Director of Entertainment at Ballyís.† Commenting on joining SPL, Mr. Aaronson said,† ìI have known about SPLís unmatched ability to install high-quality audio systems since I worked with the company on a theater project at the Taj Mahal in Atlantic City over 10 years ago.† This a great opportunity for me to continue SPLís growth in Las Vegas and Los Angeles.î
   
   George Douglas comes to SPL from Peavey Electronics Incorporated where he was responsible for the MediaMatrix products.† Prior to Peavey, Mr. Douglas had worked at Euro-Disney, Meyer Sound, and Dolby.† (His early years were not in classic opera, but spent touring with Frank Zappa.)†† ìSPL was the largest customer for Peaveyís MediaMatrix products for the past five years, so I knew that SPL was involved in cutting edge projects,î noted Douglas.† ìThis position provides me the opportunity to work with the best on some of the largest audio and video projects in this country while also leading the international expansion of SPL.î
