   Aarons comes to BMG Songs after a successful management and record label career. Prior to operating his own artist management firm, which he founded in 2004, Aarons spent five years at Sony Music International and its Epic Records label. He was most recently A&R manager of Epic/Sony Music International, where he worked closely with Sony's global affiliates and helped break international artists in the U.S. Throughout his career, Aarons has worked with artists like Good Charlotte, Anastacia, Delta Goodrem and Lost Prophets.
