   I. Jack Aaron, Q.C. Senior Counsel is a senior litigator with extensive experience, particularly in family law, both in Canada and South Africa. Jack did a post-graduate law degree at Oxford University, after completing undergraduate and law degrees at the University of Cape Town, South Africa, where he practised as a barrister for 17 years. He has practised family law in Vancouver since 1982. Jack also accepts mediation and collaborative law assignments, as well as files involving estate litigation. Jack was a member of the founding editorial advisory board of the Restatement of Family Law for British Columbia (now the Family Law Sourcebook for British Columbia) and of the Practice Advisory Panel of the Canadian Bar Association for family law. Jack is a former chair of the Family Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association BC Branch.
