Clement's most recent consulting assignment was at Her Majesty's Customs & Excise where he led a team of 9 developers to build an in house Large Payment system to provide tracking and management of the UK's largest traders and their respective payments of over £55 billion per year.He worked closely with the analysts and users to ensure the delivered product met the requirements and provided maximum benefit to the users.

Previously he consulted at e-learning WMB, the e-learning division of the software house, to design and manage development of a Learning Management System.He led a mainly offshore based development team through a successful project lifecycle using Quality by Design principles to deliver on time and to budget.

Clement is an experienced Technical Lead / Architect with over 7 years international experience in development management, analysis, architecture and software development.
