   Elizabeth Aamot Creative Writing Instructor Elizabeth Aamot (M.F.A. in Creative Writing and Writing for the Performing Arts, University of California-Riverside) Her poems have been published several literary journals, and she served as Poet Laureate of the University of California system in 2005. She has taught creative writing at UC-Riverside, San Bernardino Valley College, and a variety of workshops for younger writers. She is currently co-editing The Eye of the Beholder: A Poets' Gallery, an anthology of ekphrastic verse, with Professor Maurya Simon of UC-Riverside. This fall she will teach Introduction to Creative Writing.
