   Rob Simpson is a fully accredited appraiser who has been at Penny & Keenleyside Appraisals Ltd., since 1979 and became a director in 1982.
   
   Since starting his career as an appraiser with BC Assessment Authority in 1972, Rob has attained an extensive background in appraisal of commercial, industrial, multi-family and institutional properties, assessment appeals, and consultation assignments.
