Zena joined Praxair in 2001 as the Global Senior Director HR Praxair Surface Technologies and Praxair Electronics and was quickly promoted in 2003 to Global Vice President Human Resources for PST/PE.
Zena has worked for such prestigious firms as Hewlett Packard, Allied Signal, Texaco and most recently, Novartis Corporation.
Zena is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors for Junior Achievement.
