Peewee Thunder goalie Zach Leslie, 13, wasn't satisfied with one. He's
notched four so far this season as of Friday and his
partner in arms Braydon Rubisch, 11, also has one.
While Keis said sometimes knowing when they start can be bad with some goalies, it hasn't been an issue with Leslie
...Leslie became a goalie in novice. He
fell in love with the position and has been wearing the mitts ever since. He's
excited about his
shutout record this season.
"I feel good," Leslie
"I haven't had that many shutouts in the four years I've played."
On the ice, Leslie
watches the other team and studies their systems.

Warming up is an important part of any goalie's pre-game routine and the Leslie and Rubisch tandem warm up together.
"We do a warm-up for 10 minutes in the net and then Braydon and I will go out and juggle balls," Leslie
Next year, Leslie
advances to bantam level and Rubisch becomes senior peewee goalie.
