The Indiana chapter of the international Association of Fundraising Professionals has named Yvonne Shaheen, who serves as the Community Health Network Foundation Board chair and Community Health Network board secretary, the 2008 Philanthropist of the Year.
She will be honored at the 25th annual Philanthropy Awards Dinner on November 18, 2008 at the Marriott hotel in downtown Indianapolis where other individuals, civic organizations, foundations, corporations and small businesses will be celebrated for the important contributions they make to Indiana communities.
