• Ms. Bikoff
career casting commercials, and then quickly moved into feature films.
After a couple of years in casting she
went on to Zoli Model Management, where she
had similar success opening up a film and television department.
It was one of the first such departments at a modeling agency at the time.
In 1978 Ms. Bikoff launched Yvette Bikoff Agency in NYC and continued her efforts in finding and introducing many talented actors to casting directors, directors, producers and writers of note in New York and Los Angeles.
• In 1982, Ms. Bikoff
relocated from New York to Los Angeles, and opened the Yvette Bikoff Agency
in Los Angeles.
Throughout most of the 1980's and 1990's, Ms.Bikoff was involved with many well known and respected actors including Anjelica Huston, whom she
put in her
sole Academy Award Winning role for Prizzi's Honor
in 1986, Matthew Broderick, Phoebe Cates, Rachael Ward, Forrest Whitaker, Jennifer Grey, Lori Singer, and David Morse, whom she
represented for many years including his
early years starring on the hit television show St. Elsewhere.
In 1999, Ms. Bikoff moved back to New York City and formed Bikoff Management, a company that continues to operate today.
After over two decades in the big cities of New York and Los Angeles, Ms. Bikoff
decided to relocate the company to Durham, North Carolina, where she
actively pursues finding, developing, and managing undiscovered talent in the South East.
