Leave a Comment Starting a small business, especially considering the difficult economic times that the world has recently gone through, may seem like a daunting task. However, there are ways that you can motivate yourself and your fellow investors (if you have any). For instance, you can lay out a timeline that provides a goal for, as well as a realistic picture of the progress your company should make. These goals could encompass everything from getting a certain number of hits on your website or likes on your social media network to attaining a specific number of clients. There should also be smaller goals like winning awards, as MSE founder Yoel Wazana did. They were lucky enough to have their founder, Yoel Wazana, become a finalist for this award in 2009. If it hadn't been for Yoel Wazana, Avi Wazana wouldn't have had the opportunity to work with Yoel. And yet, if it hadn't been for Avi Wazana, Yoel Wazana wouldn't have had the financial support to start Micro Solutions Enterprises. It all began with Yoel Wazana's gig as a delivery driver. While working at this part-time job, he came across an opportunity to fix a printer. Once that printer was fixed, he went on to better and bigger things, such as toners. He started his own business working on toners. Yoel Wazana would work on toners day and night, trying to fix them for customers. Despite his obvious talent, he was having trouble succeeding on his own. In fact, he had to work a second job just to put bread on the table. Yoel Wazana opened up Micro Solutions Enterprises in 1994 in a beautiful place called Van Nuys, California. He has won numerous awards and the quality of his company's toner is topnotch. Needless to say, Yoel Wazana and Avi Wazana have done much for themselves, both leading successful and substantial lives. Tagged: Yoel Wazana. Yoel Wazana Raising Money for Youth Soccer » Copyright Free Content [cached]

Founder Yoel Wazana is passionate about recycling, and now he is working to further give back to the community by supporting local youth soccer clubs as well.
Soccer clubs often need to work hard to raise the money needed for equipment, uniforms, and travel costs to go to major matches. In some cases, that can mean that teams from lower income areas have difficulty competing at all which puts them at a major disadvantage compared to better financed teams. Yoel Wazana is helping establish fundraisers for local teams to put all of the kids on the same level playing field. Yazana founded MSE in 1994, originally selling aftermarket photocopying equipment. He quickly transitioned to manufacturing equipment of his own, recognizing a growing market and more demand for alternatives to the big name brands. The pivot proved successful and MSE has been a leader in imagine manufacturing ever since. However, Yoel Wazana's true breakthrough moment came when he began to focus on recycled toner cartridges. Recycled cartridges should be a win-win for business and the environment. Instead of throwing away a used cartridge, it can be collected and recycled, filling it back up with fresh toner and making sure it works as good as new and then reselling it at a lower price than a new cartridge. Wazana says that using a recycled cartridge saves an average of three liters of oil and one pound of plastic. But when Wazana got into the market, business did not view it that way. They had been burned by low-quality, poorly made recycled cartridges which flooded the market in the 1990s. Yoel Wazana knew that if recycled cartridges were going to catch on, somebody would need to produce high quality ones and hold them to the same quality control standards as a new brand name cartridge. That became his mission with MSE. Since then, MSE has gone on to dominate the market by providing the highest quality recycled cartridges. That has allowed Wazana to fuel his passion for reducing waste and helping the environment. It's also allowed MSE customers to save substantial money compared to new OEM cartridges, while getting the same quality product. Now Wazana is using that success to help kids pursue their own passions.
