KINSTON - William "Bill" Gerald Webster, 42, died Saturday, Feb. 21 in an automobile accident.Bill
was a native of Camp Hill, Pa.He was a graduate of East Pennsboro Area High School and Penn State University with a B.S. in Engineering.He was employed by Armstrong Industries for 12 years prior to joining Lenox China in 1996.He started his career with Lenox China as white wares manager and was promoted in 1999 to manager of decorating.Bill served on the board of directors of the Society of Glass and Ceramic Decorators, an international trade organization.As a board member, Mr. Webster served as session moderator for the show seminars, and assumed the lead for fund raising activities for the SGCD Scholarship Fund.Bill was a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church and the Kinston Country Club.He
will be remembered as a dedicated employee and an avid golfer, who also enjoyed boating and fishing.But, most importantly he
was endeared to his
family and will be remembered as a loving father, husband and great friend to all who knew him.He
will be deeply missed.
