Bill was born on April 1, 1938 and raised in Detroit, on the east side, and was baptized William Daniel Sinatra at Patronage of St. Joseph Church where he attended elementary school.Then he moved to Guardian Angels Parish, Detroit, in 1951 and went to Denby High School.Seminary education and formation began at St. Jerome College, Kitchener, Ontario, and continued at Sacred Heart Seminary, Detroit.College graduation was in 1960 with a Bachelors Degree and a major in Scholastic Philosophy.Graduate school in Theology was at St. John Seminary, Plymouth, MI where he earned a Master Degree in Theology.In 1974 he completed studies at the University of Detroit for a Master of Arts Degree and Certificate in Pastoral Counseling.
