William C. Kemper (Bill Kemper) founded Magister Operis™ to provide real estate owners, architects, developers, suppliers, and subcontractors with unlimited flexibility, power, and economy throughout the lifecycle of real estate of new construction.
Mr. Kemper has been involved in various construction and architectural woodworking for nearly 30 years. In 1986, at the age of 20, Mr. Kemper created his own structural framing company "WCK Custom Home Building".
During the early '90's, Mr. Kemper began doing "concurrent design engineering" consulting for general contractors and owners doing business as "Wm. C. Kemper Consulting" in addition to his structural contracting operations. Mr. Kemper synchronizes the efforts of general contractors, architects, suppliers, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors, and technology products and consultants worldwide. This phase of Mr. Kemper's career began while framing the residence of Mr. Claus Halle, past president of Coca-Cola.

Mr. Kemper crafted construction and consulting contracts that are unique, proprietary, and comprehensive enough for all parties within the lifecycle of real estate to substantially benefit from. While Mr. Kemper does not not claim to be an expert in construction law ...consider that some of the best construction law attorneys in the world are much better at providing litigation protection rather than litigation prevention as is Mr. Kemper's contract formats. Most contracts and subcontracts don't tell anybody specifically what is supposed to be done for each dollar nor what anybody should receive in return for each dollar.
In 1995 Mr. Kemper decided to give the production crews a separate identity whereby "Corinthian Concurrent™ was born. Throughout the mid and late'90's Corinthian Concurrent and Wm. C. Kemper Consulting set new standards in accuracy and innovation within the highly affluent Buckhead/Sandy Springs area of Atlanta, Georgia as well as other metro Atlanta mega-residences.
Mr. Kemper co-invented several proprietary machinery devices for the woodworking/construction industry. It is possible that everybody can enjoy a little more fun, play, and ease by working smarter rather than harder.
In the mid 1990's "Magister Operis™" began to fall into place as a result of the several years that Mr. Kemper had been extensively researching past architectural history and blending it with the technologies and techniques of today and tomorrow.
Mr. Kemper's application of computer and machine technology being applied to his intense research and study of building geometry and the mentality of the builders and architects of the cathedrals, palaces, and residences of centuries previous to our present timeframe, has allowed Mr. Kemper's services to be commissioned repeatedly on many of Atlanta's most affluent, heaviest, and most complex residences...with contract dollar amounts far exceeding other bids, or in many cases, with no bidding at all. Often ...Mr. Kemper produced output and attention to construction detail that far exceeds what is available elsewhere no matter what a "competitive" price might appear to be at first glance.
Mr. Kemper's unique combinations of both practical and digital experience provides valuable insight and techniques in using 3-D computer-aided design technologies as a powerful tool for architecture, engineering, and construction.
Ongoing interaction with various international software, technology, and building material developers allows Mr. Kemper to formulate a digital real estate environment that is poised to set new standards for the architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, and facility management markets. Mr. Kemper is an active COFES participant focusing on empowering the solutions that maximizes the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in construction manufacturing as well as using the same digital information to drive digital accurate installation processes on each jobsite.
