--William Cordivari chosen as global pharmaceutical company's chief marketing strategist--

, today announced that it has hired William Cordivari
as the company's Vice President of Global Sales, Marketing and Business Development.In this newly created position, Mr. Cordivari manages the global marketing strategy for the critical care pharmaceutical company, which manufactures and markets INOmax® (nitric oxide) for inhalation, a pharmaceutical gas used to treat critically ill newborns with hypoxic respiratory failure. Mr. Cordivari oversees both the U.S. sales organization and the global marketing and business development areas, and reports directly to Dennis Smith, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company.
...Mr. Cordivari has extensive experience in pharmaceutical marketing, having served for more than 20 years with the pharmaceutical giant Johnson & Johnson.Most recently, he was president of Johnson & Johnson's Ortho Dermatological business unit.Previously, he held sales and marketing positions at American Home Products.He holds an MBA in marketing from Widener University and a bachelor of arts in biology from Villanova University.
